Frontier Airlines cho biết họ thiếu phiếu bầu cho việc sáp nhập Spirit

Frontier Airlines, đối mặt với thất bại trong nỗ lực sáp nhập với Spirit Airlines, cho biết họ đã thực hiện xong một cuộc chiến đấu thầu và đang yêu cầu trì hoãn một cuộc bỏ phiếu cổ đông khác về thỏa thuận này.

Giám đốc điều hành Frontier Barry Biffle cho biết trong một bức thư được công bố hôm thứ Hai rằng hãng hàng không của ông còn "rất xa" để giành được sự chấp thuận của các cổ đông Spirit, những người đang cân nhắc đề nghị mua lại với giá cao hơn từ JetBlue Airways.
